The former Circuit City became LA Fitness in 2014 and H&M joined the same year. The Mall annually hosts the Hanukkah parade in front of the mall in association with the Jewish federation of Brevard and Treasure coast. On January 17, 2015, one person was killed and one was wounded in a shooting inside the mall food court before the gunman José Garcia Rodriguez committed suicide. The event was evidently a domestic dispute.
